高校1年生が、家庭科の授業で【回鍋肉】の調理実習に挑戦しました！
今回の実習では、市販の「回鍋肉の素」を使わず、甜麺醤、豆板醤、醤油、砂糖、片栗粉といった基本的な調味料を使って、手作りの味付けにこだわりました。
生徒たちは、調味料の分量を計りながら、自分たちの手で中華料理らしい奥深い味を再現しました。
完成した回鍋肉は、どの班も美味しく仕上がり、生徒たちも達成感を感じていました。調理を通して、家庭料理の楽しさや工夫の大切さを学ぶ貴重な時間となりました。
今後も、生徒たちが実践的な学びを通して豊かな感性を育めるような授業を行っていきます！
DXハイスクールの一環として行っている高2総合探究の授業ではプリマペンギーノさん、NTT さんにお世話になっています。
生徒たちはこれまで「自分の志望業界にVRまたは遠隔通信システムを使ってイノベーションを起こす」というテーマでアイデアを考えてきました。今日はダーティープロトタイピングで、自分のアイデアを試作品にして表現し、発表するという授業でした。
形にしてみることで良さも粗さも見えてきます。
生徒のアイデアが形になるのをみるのは非常に興味深いです。
3学期はこのアイデアをさらに磨いて実際に業界の方に自分たちでコンタクトを取り、フィードバックをもらう予定です。こちらもご注目ください。
日本金融教育支援機構主催の金融教育動画コンテスト「FESコン」の全国優秀賞になった生徒が県知事を表敬訪問しました。
狙いやコンセプト、工夫した点などを知事に向けて説明し、高評価をいただきました。
コンテストは来年も開催されるので、生徒の皆さんには引き続き頑張ってほしいと思います。

大学受験は団体戦です。全体が好結果を出すため、みんなで協力し合ってチームプレーで取り組めば、個人の成績も上昇し、全体の成績も向上していきます。一人で学習していたのではとても合格できない大学に、全員が合格できるよう、お互いに意識し合って学力をつけていきましょう。

銀河鉄道999の曲や昔懐かしいクリスマスソングメドレーを演奏します。
12月に実施した私服デーでは、生徒たちが個性と責任感を発揮し、学校に新たな息吹をもたらしました。制服と私服の選択肢の中から、生徒一人ひとりが自分らしい装いを慎重に選び、TPOを意識した素晴らしい姿が印象的でした。
今回の私服デーでは、単なるファッションショーではなく、自己表現と社会性を学ぶ貴重な機会となりました。生徒たちは、服装を通じて自分の個性を輝かせながらも、学びの場にふさわしい品格を保つことの大切さを実践していました。
私服デーは、生徒たちの成長と自主性を育む、かけがえのない経験となっています。今後も、このような取り組みを通じて、生徒たちの可能性を最大限に引き出していきたいと思います。

日本政策金融公庫主催の高校生ビジネスプラングランプリにおいて、本校から全国ベスト100に選ばれた生徒の表彰式が行われました。全国で5000以上のプランから選ばれました。四国では200以上の中からたった6組選ばれている中の1人です。
高齢者や聴覚に障害のある人にも優しい社会にしたいという彼のビジネスアイデアが形にできると良いなと思います。今後もこういった社会に貢献するアイデアを持った生徒を本校が活躍できる場を提供していきます！
